The Mallorcan Apartments group consists of two penthouses and a smaller property set in an exclusive residential complex on the water front and directly overlooking Port Andratx harbour and the bay.
All three properties are furnished and equipped to the very highest luxury standard and are within a few moments walk of each other.
Together they comprise a total of 15 beds, 3 of which are doubles giving a total capcity of 18 adults. Large single gender groups have a maximum of 15.

Situated just 30 minutes easy drive from Palma International airport and 20 minutes from the fashionable shopping and culture centre of Palma city.
All properties have access to large communal swimming pools whose use is for the exclusive use of authorised residents. Each apartment is spacious with ample room for storage.
The properties enjoy two private underground parking spaces which are both easily accessible and secure. They can accommodate vehicles up to 5 metres long. When not already booked by people in ourproperties these are included in your rental at no extra charge. For extra vehicles the free public car parking is within 50 metres.
To ease the nuisance of early arrivals or late departures there is a secure private luggage facility. Should you arrive before the recognised check-in time of 3 p.m., you can swiftly stored your luggage and go on to explore the Port, the local shops and restaurants.

Equally this facility on the day you leave permits a late departure time to be just the pleasure of another day on your holiday.
